Emilia Herman + Peter Youthed

Studio Otamto is a Warsaw-based architectural practice set up by Emilia Herman and Peter Youthed in 2018. Architects met while studying Architecture in London and have worked for some of the leading architectural practices in the UK including Jonathan Tuckey Design, Henley Halebrown Architects, Lynch Architects and Mae Architects.

Architects have wide range of professional experience including retail, hotel and apartment interiors as well as new-build private homes, farms,theatres and large scale housing schemes.

They approach each project by listening to clients, observing the site and combining their wide range of experience to propose a design which is a specific response to the brief and to its physical and social context. Studio Otamto believe in the craft of architecture, their studio is a place where they make things; physical models and images that reflect the tectonic and figurative qualities of architectural projects.

Emilia nad Peter have taught architecture in the UK and regularly write for both the UK and Polish architectural press.
